Relief Golf Tournament 2018

On behalf of Needs Beyond Medicine (NBM), we would like to invite you to join us for our annual Relief Golf Tournament at South Mountain Golf Course, in Draper, Utah.

Needs Beyond Medicine is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to decrease the burden of cancer by increasing awareness, education, and relief to cancer patients. Needs Beyond Medicine enhances the quality of life for those diagnosed with cancer through educational and financial support.

The Relief Program is supported through community donations and grants and is an invaluable resource to patients and their families. The program has assisted 1,226 cancer patients through 2017. Needs Beyond Medicine also offers community education on the importance of early detection, and to raise awareness of all cancer types. All of the seminars are free and offer attendees additional resources for prevention.

Needs Beyond Medicine helps cancer patients cover the day to day expense of living life while they are in cancer treatment. For many cancer patients, the costs of cancer treatments are overwhelming to them and their families.

Many cannot afford to pay their living expenses as they undergo treatment because they are unable to work, or their providing partners have to significantly change their work routine to help care for their sick partner. NBM provides grants to cancer patients to help cover non-medical expenses while they undergo treatment.

Silent Auction / Raffle Sponsor – IN KIND Donation

Business cards or company signage displayed with auction item. Items should have a minimum value of $25 and a maximum value of $500.

Hole Sponsorship Level: $500 (16 maximum spots)

- Sign on a tee box at for the tournament with corporate logo/verbiage

- Foursome in Golf Tournament

Merchandise (Golf Hat and/or Shirt) Sponsorship Level: $1000

- Your corporate logo co-branded with Needs Beyond Medicine logo on either golf hat or golf shirt distributed to participants ($1500 for both).

Silver Sponsorship Level: $1750

- Hole Sponsor Signage on the hole of your choice (based on availability in the priority of receiving sponsorship payment)

Gold Sponsorship Level: $2500

- Company Logo displayed on Golf Cart for all tournament participants

- 2 Foursomes in the golf tournament

- Include marketing materials in all carts and provide staff or volunteer at the hole to discuss your company.
